Ideal for agency owners, principal licensees, and independent contractors, this course covers 19 nationally recognised units and equips you to operate independently, manage trust accounts, and work as a principal licensee in Queensland’s real estate industry.

The Real Estate Agent Licence course is made up of 10 Sets of Assessments, covering the following 19 Units (which form part of the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice).

You’ll be fully licensed to open your own real estate agency, manage a trust account, supervise other agents, and work without needing to be employed by an agency.
You have 12 months from the date your login is issued. But many students complete the course faster depending on their experience and availability.
No. This course includes 10 sets of open-book assessments, completed through our learner portal — with full trainer support.
Once you’ve completed the course, apply with the Queensland Office of Fair Trading, including your qualification and Statement of Attainment. Approval generally takes 4–6 weeks. You’ll need to be at least 18 years old to apply (though you can enrol and complete your course from the age of 15). You’ll also need to have a clear record, meaning no disqualifying convictions or bankruptcy.
